I have recently completed the EPP Course that you have conducted for Reliance Logistics as well as Forum 3 of EO, Mumbai. I have gained considerably by making progress in all the areas of the Wheel of Life. I have found the EPP as a Store House of knowledge and ideas that one can implement in one’s life. While I have implemented some of the ideas, I believe that the Course will keep me going at least for a year before I can exhaust the best ideas I have noted. More importantly, it has changed by definition of productivity and adoption of practices to improve productivity. I look forward to interacting with you regularly for Reliance Logistics and myself for improved personnel productivity through future courses conducted by LMI.

They say "common sense is not so common". We see success around us and strive to be successful, but forget the common sense approach towards it. LMI, has have been a catalyst in forcing me to change my attitude and habits so that I can be on the path to achieve my true potential.

Energy Saving of Rs. 3 Lakhs / month. We could also achieve savings in Vapi purchase of around 2 lakhs/month. There are other measures that we have initiated. While results have not yet come in, these have a potential of enhancing bottom line up by a further Rs. 2 lakhs/month. I found the programme quite unique and different. It not only gave us ideas but helped us to convert them into specific actions through a well structured process.

By applying these ideas I am saving 25 - 30 minutes daily and accomplished the following goals, Achieved collection of 58 sets of Well logs. 18 sets of well completion reports, Updated well data card for 48 wells. Personally productivity analysis sheet helped me to identify the unproductive time (15-20 minutes). I was spending every day, now I am utilizing in high payoff activity. I will apply "The ideas of Empowering the Team & Self directed Team" in future.

I found the programme to be refreshingly different, and that it is structured in such a manner to re-condition the existing mindset. I found it and it will go a long way in improving not only the productivity of the person concerned, but also will give a new meaning to the "Quality of Life" itself.
