Monica Doshi is a certified trainer in e-Customer Relationship Management and has been appointed as the ProNet Consultant for India by Ulysses Learning, U.S.A. She has also been certified as a Master Trainer from AT&T College of Call Center Excellence. She has over 8 years of experience in Retailing and Customer Service functions. Monica has a postgraduate degree in Commerce specializing in Management Studies, from Bombay University and trained as e-Customer Relationship Manager at the Algonquin College in Canada.
